"Same day cancellations" (within package deals) will result in the session being forfeited for the day, any other services are booked with a non- refundable deposit in case of "same day cancellations" All DEPOSITS ARE NON- REFUNDABLE. ($50 cancellation fee within one month of care package.) A $25 LATE FEE will be added if you are not INSIDE the studio on the (6th minute) PASSED your APPOINTMENT TIME. Please be on TIME. Cancellation Policy
15 minute grace period anything after that will result as a "Same Day Cancellation" 24 hours in advance for cancellations with free rescheduling one time only!!
"Same Day Cancellations" will result in forfeiture of session for that day and single sessions deposits are Nonrefundable.
Although there is a 15 min grace period a $25 LATE FEE will be added on to the appointment at the (6th minute) if you are not INSIDE the studio. Please be ON TIME!!!!
